This is the terms and conditions summary part


We collect only enough information from you to allow us to process your order and deliver your goods. Information is not shared with or passed on to any third party.

We use industry standard encryption to send sensitive information to our payment processor Sage Pay for debit and credit card payments. Payments made via Paypal are processed on Paypal’s secure site.  We are fully PCI compliant.


We have four categories XSmall, Small, Medium and Large. We have priced the delivery cost according to the size and length of the product or products. The following costing is listed below:


XSmall           - £2.00  (delivery 1-3 Days)

Small             - £4.00  (delivery 1-3 Days)

Medium          - £6.00  (delivery 1-3 Days)

Large             - £8.00  (delivery 1-3 Days)


We deliver Monday to Fridays excluding Bank Holidays.  All orders are sent for next working day delivery, although this is not always achievable.  Orders must be received before 11am to apply.  Orders received on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday and orders received on a Friday after 11am, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday.


As a company we try our very best to get your order to you as quick as possible. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt although this is not always achievable.  Sometimes it is out of our control that the Royal Mail or our Courier do not full fill their duties so therefore we can not guarantee delivery times and cannot accept liability for failure.


 If you receive a package that is damaged, has holes in it ripped or open then you must make a note of this on the form you sign for the parcel or refuse the parcel as we can not be held responsible for any loss without this.


International / European Deliveries

We do not yet send abroad via our website but will hopefully be looking to do this in the future. Please send us an email with your order and delivery details then we will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.


Lost Parcels

If you do not receive your delivery in the expected time frame please let us know as soon as possible. Parcels are usually delivered within 10 days and if they are not received within 15 days we will send the goods again. It is important that you inform us as soon as you can so we can track the delivery and try to find it quickly

Once you have signed for a delivery you have 48 hours to check the delivery in full for any missing or incorrect items. If it has gone over this time limit unfortunately no replacements or credits will be given.

Returns  (Your statutory customer rights are not affected)

Unwanted / Faulty Goods within 28 days (Web & Phone orders only)

An exchange or refund will be issued providing the item is returned with all components, along with the original packaging and the product has not been used within 7 days from the date of purchase along with completed returns form which must include your order number.

Faulty Items

Most items sold come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period it should be returned with all components, along with the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase (without this there is nothing we can do).    Assistance will be provided by way of spares, repair or replacement depending on the type of product purchased.  Wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

How to Return An Item

To return an item please complete the Returns Form which was enclosed with your order explaining details of any fault, along with your customer order number, receipt and your personal details and put this inside the parcel you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned are done so at your cost. You are advised to insure your parcel according to it’s value (available from all Post Offices)   If you return your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, providing you have provided us with the necessary information inside the return parcel.
